Born and raised in Toluca, Mexico, Larry Gonzales grew up surrounded by the flavors, colors, and traditions that
now inspire his work behind the bar. Moving to New York City allowed him to merge those roots with the precision and creativity of high-end mixology,
working in some of the city’s most respected cocktail programs and honing his skills to world-class standards.Larry is now the co-owner and beverage director of Coyote Bohemio, where his goal is to bring Ridgewood a true cocktail destination — a place where well-made classics meet bold,
inventive creations inspired by hisMexican heritage and global experience. His work has been featured in publications including Time Out NY, Eater NY, Forbes, Greenpointers, Better Homes & Gardens, Whisky Advocate, and NYC Tourism, highlighting his contributions to NYC’s cocktail culture and his innovative approach to drink design.
